“Attorney Russell Matson To Speak at Massachusetts Bar Association Seminar on 'Representing the OUI Client”

1/5/09: Braintree, MA:  Russell Matson, a prominent attorney who defends drunk driving cases, is pleased to be a a faculty speaker at a Continuing Legal Education seminar put on by the Massachusetts Bar Association.

As part of the Mass Bar's regular CLE events, “Representing the OUI Client”, will take place on Feb 4, 2008 in Taunton, MA. Attorney Matson, will help other lawyers and law students learn the process of successfully represent a client facing OUI charges in Massachusetts, at all states of a case, from initial evaluation to jury trial.

The program will be a presentation and panel discussion on OUI defense techniques, and strategies, including: initial assessment of the case, discovery, use of experts, motions, and cross examination.

“With an area of the law that is as complicated as OUI defense, there are a lot of tips that can be invaluable to an attorney just starting out, or someone who hasn't defended many drunk driving cases."
