This is a list of BSAS (Bureau of Substance Abuse Services) Approved providers for DUI Offender Programs in Massachusetts. Refer to this list to find an Alcohol Education Program near you that meets the requirements for programs for 1st and 2nd offense OUI convictions in Massachusetts.

Please contact the individual programs for more specific DUI course information, such as date, time, and cost.
A first offender Massachusetts Driver Alcohol Education program (DAE) is 24 hours total over a 16-week session (90 min each), and, as of 4/1/2017 costs $126.80. (A couple of years ago, it was more, $567.30, but they reduced it from that high price. In the past there have been accelerated programs available, where you could complete the DEA program in a few days, but we haven’t heard of one in a while.
Second Offender Alcohol Programs/OUI classes (DUIL) in Massachusetts are 2 Week inpatient programs, There is also a year of aftercare which consists of 20 weeks of 90 minute sessions and monthly meetings for the remainder of the year.
